Interview
I received an email from Signal 88 Security stating that I had a phone screening for a job I applied for online for the following day at a specific time and an option to reschedule. I provided multiple reschedule times for later that day and consistent times during my lunch break for other days of the week to perform the phone interview. I received an email from Signal 88 Security later that day stating that the job was filled. I have experienced this incompetence and bias from interns or less experienced people in the past, but I found out this ineptitude was directly from the director of human resources at Signal 88 Security.
