I applied via Craigslist and interviewed by phone as the manager was in a different state.I was told what the job entailed and asked if I could train the next day with another officer for a few hours.
They use an AI to interview, which constantly interrupts you when you try to speak. It does not seem to entirely factor into the decision, considering I was able to score a job here.
