You fill out an application online. Very easy and it is all one page. You then wait for someone to call you, or if you feel inclined you are more than welcome to call them and see if your resume and application have been reviewed. You are then asked to come in for an interview. At this time they ask all the same question any future employer is going to ask. It is a very friendly environment and very laid back. After that interview you only have to wait around 24-48 hours for someone to call you back with a position that is available. You then go in for training and drug testing. All very easy things to do. They go over policies and procedures with you and explain everything to you very clearly.
