The manager was an idiot. They hire you and promise you raises and opportunity that are rarely ever given. They are also a complete rip off. There jewelry is very low quality .

I did a short virtual video interview with local district manager and region vice president. It was simple and pretty useless. Word salad type stuff. I had tremendous experience and they chose to move forward with me.

The interview process involved the recruitment agent emailing with a date in store for the interview the whole process was very chilled and comforting . They don't follow the STAR format so it's based on the individual. They ask competency based questions which is a change conpared to other retailers.
