I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Signet Jewelers (Irving, TX) in Oct 2014
Interview
I had one interview that lasted 4 hours, met with management who were super nice. The only thing that was frustrating was management told me there was no way people are relocating to Akron, but my boss did.
I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Signet Jewelers in Sep 2017
Interview
I had a phone interview with a very enthusiastic HR Professional. We had a great conversation and she told me very specific "next step" dates...that she would recommend me for a second interview and that she would get back to me no later than Monday. I felt really good about it. I waited the appropriate time to follow up when I didn't hear back from her; no response. I followed up again a month after the interview; no response. Three months later I get a decline letter. I'm just hoping that someone from Signet HR reads this. This is not an acceptable way to treat candidates. If they're not being selected for a second interview, be forthcoming. I was very disappointed as I had a strong desire to work for this local company.
