I had one phone call with HR to verify my interest in Signicast and set up an in person interview. From the sound of the phone interview I thought I was meeting with only 1-2 HR personnel for my interview. After meeting the HR recruitment manager in the lobby I was escorted to a conference room where I quickly found out that I was meeting with 5 Engineering Managers and the VP of Engineering. As a sophomore in Mechanical Engineering and my first professional interview I found this extremely intimidating once I was introduced to everyone and their respective titles. The gentlemen interviewing me were very, very thorough, inquiring very strictly at the slightest gap in continuity of my resume.
