Total waste of time! Unprofessional talent acquisition team. I received an invite to schedule a phone interview. I submitted my date and time for the interview. They confirmed some different time which I had not submitted for the phone interview. Did not receive a call for the interview even on the date and time they scheduled. I got a call after half an hour did not apologize for their miscommunication. Asked if I will need visa sponsorship in the future and the call was ended. Even after I mentioned in the job application that I will need visa sponsorship they sent me an invite for the interview.
