I heard some ghosting stories about the HR recruiter at Signify (Galway) and assumed it was due to the interviewee—how wrong I was. I went through several interviews with Signify, each requiring preparation time on my end, and found the actual interviews to be manageable, with some system design questions and a coding task. However, the HR recruiter seemed either incompetent or just plain rude. After completing the interviews, including the final one with a VP of Engineering, I, like previous reviewers was ghosted, even when I tried to reach out. Save yourself some time and don't waste it on this company.

Passed all rounds of interviews but didn't get an offer. The company managed hiring process very poorly. Recruiter and hiring manager were disconnected from the wants and needs of the engineering team. Tried to work with them to get and negotiate an offer but they were arrogant and eventually ghosted me without bringing closure to the process. I would be very careful about this company who doesn't seem to value or appreciate people or talent.
