A hiring process that stretches over three months should at least provide constructive feedback or a clear reason for rejection, especially after multiple interviews. Candidates dedicate time to technical assessments and discussions, and a professional hiring process should respect that effort. I hope Signify Health improves its candidate experience by streamlining the process and maintaining clear, timely communication.

It was a two step process, first was a simple discussion about the job, what to expect, and was just simple questions going back and forth with one another while the second was technical involving coding while sharing my screen.
