Signify Health Manager, Regional Lead - Capacity Management interview questions

Recruiter reached out via email then we set up a call. He was about 20 minutes late while I sat on the virtual call. I then received a phone call and it was him ... I said I am on the invite which you sent, do you want to have a phone call? He was very all over the place and then just hopped on the virtual call. Pretty straight forward interview... I was then bumped to the next round with the hiring manager, then the third round with one of the counterparts. At this point things started to get really odd... I had another offer and I had a lot of interest in Signify. I was trying to ask the recruiter the timeline on next rounds or what the next steps look like. He was blowing me off for about two weeks then got back to me and said they are going with someone internal since I have another offer and I dont have time to interview? I called him and emailed and said I could ask for an extension, but I feel like maybe we should hop on a call to discuss? He never replied and then I received a rejection notice the next morning. Really disappointing after spending over a month with this company interviewing and you can't even have the decency to call your candidate when there is confusion. Do better.
