Submitted my application online. Was contacted within a week for phone screening, which was only really consisted of basic behavioral questions (e.g. "Tell me about yourself." "Why SVB?"). First interview was with hiring manager who was asking competency-based and motivational questions to assess candidates motivation applying for the program, for instance how skills from relevant experience would benefit them in the program. Then followed last stage assessment centre, where all candidates were given P&L case study and were asked questions afterwards, then followed 3 rounds of interviews with senior management who were asking mainly value-based questions and some of them were situational questions meaning that how candidate would act in a certain job situation

The interview process moved quickly and efficiently. The hiring manager was very friendly, patient, and thoughtful throughout our conversation. I enjoyed learning more about this opportunity and felt the interviewer aimed to set me up for success. Overall, it was a positive experience.
