Interview
First I had an screening at a college campus, after that I got a Phone interview about 3 weeks later, after that I had to do some Skype interview and speak to a camera about why I wanted to work at SVB. Finally the SuperDay was about 5 hours long, and I flew out to Boston. All of the interview process was great and I have really no regrets about the whole thing except for the fact that they do not reimburse you for anything so be ready to eat the entire costs. I was only given a check for a sixth of the amount and all of my emails were ignored when I complained, that they said they would reimburse me. That unfortunately tainted all of my experience.
