Interview was quite simple. General discussions about the projects carried out during Master's and future plans. One hour long phone interview and a Skype interview which was later cancelled. They started off by explaining the kind of work they do at Silvaco and proceed to ask me about my research experience in device fabrication as well as my course work related to Cadence design of layouts. They were particularly interested in knowing about my previous internship experience at UC Berkeley.
