It was an in person group interview with encourage to have a presentation setup along with food and portfolio to present to the group. Also you had to make a cocktail to present of their choosing.

I was referred to Silver Air by a current employee. I first met with the Chief Flight Attendant and then my second interview was with the CEO. After successfully completing both interviews, I assisted with the NBAA event and then did some trail flights before being offered a full-time position.
