Applied for specific position and went through many hours of phone interviews and numerous in-person interviews. Spent many hours preparing for interviews and required to coordinate numerous days to attend various interviews face-to-face. Interviews were long but feedback from company during interview process was extremely positive and one executive manager went so far as to state "I want you working for our company!" after numerouse face-to-face interviews. During last in-person interviews I was a bit mystified in that the company executive level management I was interviewing with discussed and asked questions relating to positions other than the opening originally applied and interviewed for. After that interview I was then asked and encouraged by one member of executive management team to draft a very specific comprehensive business plan proposal and present to management. Spent hours devising well thought-out and detailed strategic business plan, reviewed my plan with one of the executives who stated "Exceptional!" And was "quite impressed with the depth and value of the knowledgable and detailed plan". It was then requested I email it to the other executive managers I had previously interviewed with. I emailed the plan the the company executive leaders I had interviewed with. It has now been 7 weeks since my last interview, and since I emailed the comprehensive plan I created upon their executives request, during that time I have called and left voicemails and emailed the numerous executives I interviewed with and who received the comprehensive business plan I created to try and get feedback and further what I had believed to be a very positive interviewing process, but surprisingly I have not received a single response. I did not even get the professional respect even if just to inform me that they are no longer interested in speaking with me. I have never. In my entire career I have never seen this level of disrespect for candidates and such disregard in an interviewing process.
