30 minute phone call with the hiring manager and then a 90 minute SQL evaluation test. The SQL evaluation test was a horrible way to test one's SQL abilities. The platform only recognizes syntax from outdated SQL types, and cant recognize various ways to reach the same correct query. I even verified my queries with my peer who are SQL masters, and they said they were correct. I expressed this to the hiring manager and was immediately replied to with a rejection email. Waste of time.
