Interview
Contacted by a recruiter, then asked to meet in person for coffee. Would have moved to data assignment and onsite. Met in coffee which they asked me to and they didn't offer to buy me coffee. Asked a series of questions which were fairly basic, and I can't particularly identify any points where I stumbled.
Asked to coffee, I'm presuming because their office is not nice, but they should have offered to buy the coffee. That's generally how a date works.

Interview
Got a reply, after 2 months of applying online, to select time slots for initial phone screening. After a week of not getting a response, asked the recruiter for an update and was told to select the time slots again because they missed the last mail. Got a confirmation for one of the time slots. Was called 10 minutes late; first question was if future visa sponsorship was required and upon confirming, told that won't be possible, wished best luck and hung up.
