Phone interview with lasted less than 15 minutes. She was interested so she said a manager wanted to speak with me. I get an email asking for my availability to speak for a 30-45 minute interview with one of the managers. I get an email an hour later saying that the manager needed someone that had more experience. I was a product manager for 5+ years in a multi national company using data analytics at their main headquarters in Europe. If you need someone with more experience, then maybe you should ask for a Senior Product Manager role but say you want to pay a PM salary.
