A short, but definitely not sweet interview process. The interview took around 30 minutes, and during that time I knew the interview wasn’t going well for me. My skills did not align with the requirements, and this should have been recognized at the resume review stage. Don’t waste candidates time if you have no intention of moving them forward in the process. Also, the interviewer seemed confused throughout the whole interview, took huge pauses, and didn’t seem like she was digesting anything I had say. Poor experience, would decline moving forward even if I was offered to move forward.
