The interview process for the Associate Solutions Architect role at Simon Data was a structured five-step process. It began with a quick introductory call with the recruiting manager, followed by a one-hour Zoom interview with the hiring manager. Next was an SQL coding assessment, an interview with other Solutions Architects, and finally, a presentation. Unfortunately, I didn’t pass the coding assessment, which wasn’t overly difficult, but I hadn’t studied enough to refresh my knowledge on the topic.
