3 interviews after the screening call, with a co-worker, manager, and C-suite (in that order), with an additional performance-based interview (I created a PowerPoint presentation from a prompt given in advance), and then the process was over. Simple, friendly, and gave not only good detail about the role, but also felt like an appropriate screening for my skill level (not too high or low). Overall, so much faster than some other processes (7-stage interviews that are increasingly standard at Tech companies), and still engaging.
