The interview itself was fine, but what’s with this company’s tendency to ghost candidates? I met with the hiring manager and then heard nothing—no follow-up, not even after I reached out to HR for an update. Reading other reviews here, it seems this isn’t an isolated experience. It’s incredibly unprofessional to ghost candidates. If you expect applicants to come prepared and knowledgeable about your company, the least you can do is extend the same courtesy by providing an update after an interview, regardless of the outcome.
