It was a simple process. I had one in-person interview. Interviewers were friendly and seemed passionate about what they did. But, you can tell there are significant gaps, and employees are overworked— especially since they are culprits of ghosting. It was frustrating to come all the way there to hear nothing back, and hope they do better.

Casual conversation. Met with a recruiter ahead of time. Made you feel really good. Unfortunately I never heard anything back even after emailing and calling, and this has happened to a friend of mine as well. It kind of ruined my positive opinion about S&S HR.

I applied online and heard about a week later. Went in for an interview with HR and then met with two different people that I would be working with. It was relaxed and a great interview. Before I left I was given an "assignment" to do and get back to them as a next step. The whole process went well and then I never heard back. I emailed HR following up and still never heard anything back. After spending so much time and effort I would have thought they would have had the common courtesy to at least send me an email.
