The initial interview was brief and straightforward, but it was with a recruiting agency rather than the actual company. Before I ever had the opportunity to speak with the hiring manager, I was required to complete both a CCAT assessment and a personality test. After completing them, I didn't hear anything for over a week. I followed up with the recruiter by email, and only then did I receive a response stating that my CCAT assessment results did not meet the criteria to move forward to the hiring manager interview. Overall, the process felt like a waste of time. It would have been better to have an initial conversation with the hiring manager before requiring candidates to invest time in multiple assessments.
