They sent me a coding test, and I was able to solve it quickly and efficiently so I had a phone interview with them. During the phone interview, they said it wasn't going to be technical but it turned out to be a little technical. Very nice interviewers, they asked about my resume. I think the main reason I wasn't offered a position was because I didn't really click with them - that's a big deal at a small company.
