Any interview is not reliable and same set of people do everything without understanding the common sense around conflict of interest. Internal progression Interviews in India are completely biased and you will be selected if you are one of favourites. All the so called behaviour requirements are thrown out of window if you can please the manager. Interviews are fake and selections are already made. Full of unhappy people who are getting through it as can not dare to question or else you will be shown the door.
