I went through three interviews and they were all very kind. They did not give out emails for thank you letters which I thought was strange, but still a good process
I applied through college or university. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Simplot Company (Boise, ID)
Interview
One phone interview, then a highly impersonal Skype interview with a manufacturing director and HR members. Got rejected after waiting for 3 weeks (i had to follow up twice) then another three weeks later I learned that they opened up new positions and i received an offer(had no idea they were thinking of opening more positions), then my HR Rep had to retract the offer due to budget oversights. Terrible communication within the company and crushed all hope I had for this position twice.

Question 1
Tip: Try to interact more with the manufacturing director instead of letting the bubbly hr rep have all the conversation. Address everyone in the room, but focus on connecting with the person actually in charge
The only one I had to think hard about: When was a time you were placed in a new environment with new unfamiliar challenges and how did you adapt/grow/overcome those challenges
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Simplot Company in Apr 2016
Interview
Applied through their website. Had a phone interview a week later (early march). After passing the phone interview I then was asked to come on site (early April). Arrived 15 minutes before the interview and no one was there to tell me where to go it was an empty room except for some chairs. The HR manager showed up through the front door 5 minutes before my interview and had to get the panel together so the interview started 10 minutes late. Finally after the interview I was given a deadline when they would reach out. They date was suppose to by mid April but they extended it to early May. They then extended it one more time and did not let know until I had reached out to them. Overall very disappointing.
