Interviewed and then came back for a site visit. After my site visit i went up to some workers and started asking about the safety culture away from the bosses. I was later informed that speaking to them “crossed boundaries” even though my job would directly relate to the safety culture. Absolutely wild that I was reprimanded for speaking to employees. Makes me seriously wonder what they have to hide
