From application to job offer, the process took 3 weeks. The first interview was conducted over the phone with two team leads, a week after applying. A second, virtual panel interview was held with the same team leads, the A/P supervisor, and a higher up manager. Only standard behavioral interview questions were asked at the second stage. Everyone I interacted with was pleasant and prompt until after I accepted the job. Be prepared to be ignored if you do not pass their background/drug screening. I had to find out I was terminated through the grapevine (the week before starting the position) and not through a reply to my email to HR.
