Essentially had 4 interviews with the company. I had a phone screening with the recruiter, a phone screening with the hiring manager, an in-person panel interview, and a lunch interview with the hiring manager and their boss.
Really focus your attention on the STAR (Situation, Task, Action, Result) method for the interviews.
Interview itself was low-key, I overdressed in a suit, and relaxed environment. The panel did their best to put me at ease before the start and asked good follow-up questions.
Recruiter did a great job keeping me informed on the status of my application and interview process.
