Interview
I met with the talent acquisition manager on a Thursday, and she created a video call with the hiring manager on Monday, he rescheduled for Tuesday. Both accepted, neither showed up or acknowledged the follow up email I sent them. Reading through these reviews it’s a coming thing for this company. Super unprofessional!

I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Sinch (Atlanta, GA) in Feb 2023
Interview
First brief phone call with talent acquisition. Basic job overview and compensation details. Second was a zoom call with management. More details on the overall job description. Questions on background and how those skills would transfer to this position. Further explanation why I’d be a good fit. Third was a zoom call with team members. Only ended up being a one on one. Ask basic interview questions. (Strengths and weaknesses. Name a situation dealing with upset customer). It was honestly weird. I’d expect those questions from higher management not people I’m suppose to be on a team with.
