I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Sinch in Jan 2022
Interview
It was clear and structured - first a call with talent acquisition, then with the hiring manager, then functional leader, and lastly with the cross functional leaders. It gave me a pretty good idea of what to expect working with the organisation, who I'll be working with and some of the challenges for me to tackle.
I applied online. I interviewed at Sinch (Stockholm, Stockholm) in Dec 2019
Interview
Perhaps a somewhat process but good! I had a first call with a recruiter, then an in-person interview (pre-covid) with the hiring manager, to which I also brought a brief test assignment. After that there was a phone interview with the CMO. Everything moved pretty quickly. I have nothing to complain about.
