I had 2 rounds of interview and 2 test, then I was ghosted for a month. After 2 reminder I got a feedback that they put hiring process on hold. Just wasted my time there, not organized!

Interview
HR screener then Interview with Hiring Manager
My issue with the HM interview was that he curve balled me and gave me a Case Study type of question, when HM mentioned this was another screener to talk about work history. Then after the case study, 10 minutes later he sends a rejection email.
Can't help but to feel used for free consulting work and not be paid for my thoughts.

Interview
After the initial informal call with a recruiter, I was sent a task and asked to spend 3+ hours on creating a presentation that would then be reviewed by the hiring manager to decide if I was getting a first interview with them.
I pointed out that this seemed exclusionary given the vague formulation of the task, while also asking a lot of candidates with little in return.
The replies I received from the company were increasingly antagonistic and refusing to acknowledge my concerns or accommodate my request to go over the task during a call as the nature of the job is collaborative anyway.
I declined to proceed because of this.
