Interview
Pretty easy interview process compared other large companies. Did not even meet with one of the sales managers. A lot of Sinclair areas are really hurting for people, and lack good/solid management. It's easy to be "ooh & ahh-ed" b/c it's a tv station, but PLEASE check the reviews and info. available so you don't regret your decision.
Great company to work for with a good structure of climbing up the ladder with other opportunities. New biz only the first year then after that you will get accounts

Interview
The interview consisted of me meeting with the main sales manager, then a digital sales manager, the director of sales, and so on. Each gave insight on what they do and how long they had been with the company. They expressed what they were looking for in an account executive, and asked me some typical interview questions.
