Had a final round interview for a Sales Operations internship. One interviewer was professional, thoughtful, and closed the process with genuine respect for my time. The other abandoned substantive evaluation early, pivoting to geographic preferences, prior work history, and a summer job not on my resume, and appeared to have reached a conclusion before the interview began. The conversation ended at 20 of 45 allocated minutes. Singer seems like a solid company and the role looked legitimate, but the interview process didn't reflect the hiring standards leadership publicly advocates for. Worth going in with eyes open about who's in the room.
