Singh Management Site Manager interview questions

My interview was a long time ago in 2003 with a unique situation. I remember liking that the manager was fairly young which made me feel like being young would not be a problem. I interviewed with both the manager and the regional manager. I was not hired because the manager chose someone else. About 2 months later the manager was replaced. The regional manager remembered me and recommended me to the new manager.
