I had a one-way interview and then was invited to the 2nd process which was sending written answers to questions via email. It took me a few hours to carefully craft my answers but never heard anything back. It's understandable if they found better fits for their company so decided to take a different direction. But I find it quite unprofessional that HR never responds, while the CEO, Eric is posting on social media that they are ALWAYS hiring.
