The overall process took about 2 weeks. There was an initial interview with HR, followed by interviews with the CEO and senior leadership (3 rounds in total). It also required a short presentation, one of personal choice and within the scope of the job being offered, along with a personality quiz. I really enjoyed my conversations with all members and got a strong sense that they are genuinely passionate and happy to be working for the company. The questioning was very straightforward and HR did a great job of providing an initial summary of what to expect on each call, allowing me enough time to prepare.
