I applied with Braintrust, made an interview, i was approved on this step and after that they ask me my portfolio and they did not lime because had dataviz from 2021 (??????) they asked me a case with demo account of google that i spent more than 3 hours to complete and I received today an automatic feedback, and they were taking too long to answer the braintust guys, and the weirdest thing is that this position of a leader is part time, this not exist, data is too Important to work like this or to manage people.
