It started friendly, getting to know each other, Then right into specific questions, where I was stopped and told "I wouldn't be a fit" for something that was not in the job description and ultimately a very easy thing to train.

Spoke with Senior People Manager who was kind and communicative. Asked questions about work experience as well as exploratory questions to understand more about personal values, etc. Seemed like a close knit team who puts emphasis on finding a strong fit from both an experience and company culture standpoint.
