Was asked to prepare a powerpoint presentation on Wikipedia as well as a hands-on demonstration on how to set up a Wikipedia page. I then had to do both presentation one after the other.

Interview
IQ test followed by a face to face interview which was very casual and average- why do you want to work for the company, what do you have to offer, etc. If chosen, this was then followed by a presentation given to the interviewers on how to train users- they were looking for technique and how as a presenter you can engage the audience.
