Step One: Phone screening - Lasted 15 mins. This step was very short. I was contacted by a third party recruiter and asked to confirm a few things on my resume and then asked to select a few days and times that I was available to interview. Step Two: Phone Interview - Lasted 30 mins. This step was a phone interview with the lead PM from the company. It was very much to the point. He provided a background of the Project that he was working on and what he needed from the Assistant PM. We discussed my qualifications and experiences as they pertained to the role. The offer was made two days later.
