SirionLabs Engineering Manager interview questions

Very absurd interview process. They give the same Java paper to solve to all candidates, from experience level 0 to 15. And this paper is well available on internet. So you can always prepare & clear their written test. Their interview was pretty ok. What was more frustrating was that after you give an interview and the HR if looking for other candidates from your organisation, they will tell it to other people from your company that you appeared for the interview and will shelve out all details to them. So the very next day your boss might know that you went their for interview. NO feedback mail from the HR even. They keep it open ended.
