Was contacted by recruiter who led me on throughout the interview process. Was able to make it past 4 rounds and a skill assessment. Whole process lasted about 3 weeks. After my last interview, I was contacted by the initial recruiter that I was “highly considered” for the role and should be expecting a decision the following week. 3 weeks from that conversation passed by and I followed up with the recruiter to find out if the team came up with a decision. I was greeted with the response that “my experience was too light”. I was just told by this same person I was highly considered, but this being the only feedback after 4 well-going interviews makes me question their process.
