Interview
Phone screening to start like any other company, very nice and easy.
First interview you have a google meet with the hiring manager and his/her manager. They only go over the resume and ask about your previous jobs and your current job and dive into the resume for the first google meet interview on video call. Took us about 75 minutes only was suppose to be 60 minutes but it went so well we continued to talk and dive deeper.
The third interview was the scariest, they make you learn about a product and make you do a role play with both of them for about 45 minutes with about 15 minutes for feedback and asking you how it went. As long as you are a natural and/or have sales experience and take an hour or two the night before to know the product as well as someone who just learned about it you will be fine. They don't expect you to know it perfectly and how to get it sold, they just want to see how you manage yourself and handle objections!
