The two interviews happend in a very short period 1 week or 2. During the last interview they told me to expect a waiting of 2 or 3 weeks before receiving the yes or no. I never received an answer. This fact disappointed me since I expected at least an answer after I already had an interview over Skype.

First short interview reviewing my cv and motivation, over the phone.
Skype interview with 2 managers: First they check your knowledge about the company and products. Then they review your cv and ask clarification questions. Finally they create some scenarios to see how you would proceed.

Personal interview with team leader and manager. Typical interview questions: Why this company? Why should we hire you? Could you imagine working in a technical job? Where do you see yourself in 5 years time?
