I applied through a recruiter. There was the typical email questions followed by a phone screen. There were 2 face to face interviews. Apparently there was a big miscommunication between the recruiter and SiteOne when it came to expected salary, with SiteOne being thousands below what the recruiter told me. Disappointing to say the least. I think SiteOne would be a decent employer, perhaps they will get better organized in future.
