Drawn out and then ghosted me. This company needs a serious reality check. They are selling fertilizer and shovels not gold or anything remotely important. The leadership was incredibly rude with their questions during the interview process saying "we need to make sure you fit the 'SiteOne DNA'...that you're right for our organization..." Over and over. It was overkill. I had the experience for the job, but they still strung me along. This is in reference to the hiring manager's comment in the l fourth round of the interview process where he said "don't be surprised if you receive an offer" but then failed to follow up with a final decision when he knew I had a deadline on another offer. I will never consider this company again and do not recommend taking an interview if offered one. Do not waste your time. I clearly dodged a bullet with their arrogant leadership.
