My interview was very candid and casual. We sat down in the break room and they asked me what I knew of the industry (for me, nothing), they asked me if I was good with computers. Then they went over the usual day-to-day of the job and asked me if that seemed like something I wanted to do. I got an email the next day from one of the people that interviewed me and I was told that I interviewed very well, was offered the job two days later.
