I had a total of 5 interviews. The first was a typical HR screening to ensure I was truly a good fit. The following 2 were phone interviews with the Sales Manager and the Branch Manager of my now home branch. The last 2 interviews were in person and we met at a coffee shop each time. Overall, the process was quite casual. From the time of applying to time of receiving an offer it was approximately 8 weeks.
